Attorney Stanley Adams of Salt Lake City; cheating slacker

 

The state of Utah presented Stanley S. Adams with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Utah School of Law.

 

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Stan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to decline or terminate representation when required to so act
  • Withdrew with protecting client interests
  • Failed to promptly refund unearned fees (cheater)
  • Misled client concerning status of

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Stan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Stan practices at 680 East 600 Street in Salt Lake City, Utah.
