Attorney Andrew Brenner of Mason, OH; ethical ogre

The State of Ohio presented Andrew Jay Brenner with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to appear at scheduled court proceeding on client’s behalf
  • Negligence in failing to appear in court led to Lebanon Municipal Court Judge Mark Bogen to issue a default judgment against Andy’s client
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Andy practices at 7588 Central Parke Blvd in Mason, Ohio.
