Attorney Howard Skolnick of Cleveland; potty mouth pervert

The state of Ohio presented Howard Evan Skolnick with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Howie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Called a paralegal a “ho” and a “dirtbag”
• Called firm’s paralegal “whorey”
• Told paralegal she was stupid, dumb and fat
• Lied to an African-American client that the paralegal didn’t like black people
• Told the paralegal and another female employee while driving to lunch that they should give him “road head” so he could rate their performance
• Told his paralegal: “Yep. It’s true. Let’s be honest, I’d rather f— David than you.”
• Agreed to pay paralegal $300,000 to settle sexual harassment claims

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Howie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Howie practices with The Skolnick Weiser Law Firm LLC at 600 Superior Avenue East in Cleveland, Ohio.
