Attorney Frederick Smith of Portland; liar, ethical leprechaun
The Oregon State Bar charged attorney Frederick Smith with the following misconduct:
Subsequently, the Oregon Supreme Court found Freddy guilty of engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fr
 aud, deceit and/or misrepresentation.
The Court went on to laughingly state that Freddy’s conduct adversely reflect ed on his fitness to practice law. Oh really!!!
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a 90 day suspension.
This non-punishment is further evidence that Attorney Misfits in Oregon are held to a much lower standard of conduct then we are.
As we speak (ca. Jan 2012) Freddy practices his brand of law at 6901 SE Oaks Parkway in Portland.
