Attorney Jesse Gant III of Blaine, MN; ethical ogre

The State of Minnesota presented Jesse Gant III with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Jesse guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay court-ordered sanctions
• Pursued defamation case that had not basis in fact or law [sham]

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license and fined him $900.000.
