Attorney Charles Fagan of Aspen, CO; serial offender, slacker

The state of Colorado provided Charles Douglas Fagan with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to protect client interests upon being terminated
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Charlie!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Charlie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a two (2) complimentary suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him, with a complimentary stayed 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Charlie practices at 1155 Doolittle in Aspen, Colorado.
