Judge Hector Rodriguez of Somerset, NJ; ethical goblin

The state of New Jerseypresented Hector Rodriguez with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Hector guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to observe high standards of judicial conduct
  • Failed to act with integrity and independence
  • Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
  • Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in impartiality of the judiciary
  • Failed to act with patience and dignity when dealing with others

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Hector by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Hector continues to sit as a Municipal Court judge in Somerset, New Jersey.
