Defamation Proof Sheriff Joe Arpaio: Today’s “Standup Comic” Award Winner
This isn’t the first Award presented to Joey. In the past, he has been the recipient of ten (10) Awards in various categories. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.
It is without dispute that Joey is one of America’s Premier Bigots who spent years as the Sheriff of Maricopa County (Phoenix) cheerfully discriminating against Hispanics while at the same thumbing his nose at Federal Court that ordered that he cease and desist.
Because Joey exhibited the bigoted views held by his beau Donald “Trumporleone” Trump, they became bosom buddies over the years. After Joey’s criminal conviction for contempt of court, The Great Leader issued a pardon of said conviction.
In an effort to cement his status as one of America’s Premier Aspiring Standup Comedians, Joey had the chutzpah to file a defamation lawsuit against CNN, Rolling Stone and Huffington Post demanding $300 million in damages.
In his laughable lawsuit Joey and his ignorant and ethically challenged attorney Larry Klayman (For stories dealing with Larry’s deplorable ethical record, see the list at the end of this article) make the following asinine claims.
Joey’s claim that his chances of winning the Senate seat in Arizona in 2020 has “been severely harmed” doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test. The 2018 GOP senate primary in Arizona election results are as follows:, Joey received a whopping % of the vote against McSally’s 51.4% and Ward’s 28.6%.
For Joey and Larry, the Twin Towers of Comedy to suggest that he’d be able to win over 50% of the GOP primary voters in 2020 for the U.S. Senate is like arguing that David Duke will easily obtain over 50% of the vote to become the next Director of the NAACP.
Hopefully, the federal judge in D.C. will order this sham case to be dismissed and then order that Joey and Larry pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by CNN, et al. to defend this bogus lawsuit.
