Attorney Kara Crawford-Fink of Casper, WY; cheating loser

The state of Wyoming presented Kara Crawford-Fink . with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Kara guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed in her duties upon termination of client representation
• Failed to return $2,350 of unearned portion of advance fee of $5,000 upon termination
• Failed to act with candor in dealing with tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to follow the rules of a tribunal

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Kara by gifting her with a complimentary 120-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Kara practices at 162 South Beverly in Casper, Wyoming.
