Judge Daniel Kathren of Kennewick, WA; disgusting pervert

The State of Washington provided Daniel Kathren with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made inappropriate and offensive comments of a sexual nature to subordinate employee
• After female court employee approached Danny in his chambers to inquire about resolution of traffic case, she said “I have a question for you” and before she could continue, Danny the Perv said “Nine inches”
• Failed to uphold the integrity of the judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety or the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to act in manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary
• Engaged in harassment of court employee
• Failed to be patient, dignified and courteous to all persons whom he dealt with in his judicial capacity

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Danny continues to sit as a Benton County District Court Judge in Kennewick, Washington.
