► Prosecutor Ralph Kimble of Coldwater, MI; disgusting pervert

The State of Michigan presented Jon Hoover with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from 
the University of Oklahoma School of Law. 

The Michigan Attorney Discipline Board found Ralphie guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in sexual harassment involving several female courthouse employees
• Accused of openly talking about his genitalia
• Called himself “Little Ralphie”
• Offered to by female employee underwear for $50
• Discussed his sex life in the workplace
• Propositioned female employees for sexual relations

Rather than wait to be removed from his position as County Prosecutor, Ralphie took the cowards’ way out and announced that he would resign his office as of January 1, 209.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Ralphie by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Ralphie continues to be employed as the Branch County Prosecutor in Coldwater, Michigan.
