Judge Terry Tanner of Kennewick, WA; drunken convict

The State of Washington provided Terry M. Tanner with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law.

The Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Terry pled guilty for driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Terry continues to sit as a Benton County District Court Judge in Kennewick, Washington.
