Judge Robert Weiss of Memphis, TN; moronic slacker

The State of Tennessee provided Robert S. Weiss with a law license in after he graduated in 1995 from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct has charged Bobby with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in an unreasonable delay in issuing ruling in a divorce matter
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Bobby!)
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to perform his judicial duties competently (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to perform his judicial duties impartially
• Lied to ethics investigators that he had issued a ruling in a personal injury matter (Up yours, said Bobby!)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bobby by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Conduct Board mete out to Bobby. At worst, he’ll likely receive a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Bobby continues to sit as a 30^th Judicial District Circuit Court Judge in Memphis, Tennessee.
