Attorney Anna Saar of South Bend, IN; greedy cheater

The state of Indiana provided Anna Drendall Saar with a law license in 2015 after she graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Anna guilty of the following misconduct.

• Collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Client’s case mediated for $18,000
• Anna kept 35% $6,300) as her fee and then negotiated an additional $2,000 settlement with her Law Firm for its fee thereby charging and collected 46% of the $18,000 settlement award

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Anna by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Anna practices with the Drendall Law Office PC at 904 East Jefferson Blvd in South Bend, Indiana.
