Judge Leonid Ponomarchuk of Seattle, WA; bullying loser

The state of Washington presented Leonid Ponomarchuk with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Montana School of Law. On court since 1998

In one matter, Leo though it was cute to embarrass a defendant who was late and/or had missed prior court dates by ordering him to approach the bench and then handed him an ink pen. Leo then directed the defendant to “tattoo” his next court date on his arm with a pen that he had provided to him.

Leon advised the defendant if he refused to “tattoo” his arm as directed, he would have him incarcerated.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfit sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Leo by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Leo continues to sit as King County Superior Court Commissioner in Seattle, Washington.
