Attorney Adebayo Adesina of Chicago; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Adebayo Olusegun Adesina with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Adebayo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Adebayo!)
• Failure to deliver funds owing to client led to her inability to complete repairs to her roof
• Failed to maintain proper client trust account records
• Knowingly removed at least $2,000.53 of Thornton settlement funds from his client trust account and used those funds for his own purposes without authorization from his client (victim)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Adebayo by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (Marh 2019), Adesina practices with the Adesina Law Office PC at 36 West Randolph Street in Chicago, Illinois.
