Attorney Paul Chomko of Lynn, MA; idiotic slacker

The state of Massachusetts presented Paul Roger Chomko with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client that trial court had ruled there was insufficient evidence to raise a legitimate question of liability of the two defendants that were sued
• Failed to file reply to defendant’s motion to dismiss client’s case
• Failed to inform client of dismissal of her case
• Failed to docket appeal on client’s behalf leading for its dismissal by appellate court
• Failed to safeguard client file
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to respond to any of client’s attempts to reach him
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Did not perform any significant investigation of client’s potential liability claim
• Failed to keep client informed about his actions or inactions
• Failed to advise client of new office and address

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Paulie practices at 85 Exchange Street in Lynn, Massachusetts.
