Attorney Sarah Campbell of Summersville, WV; ethical goblin

The state of West Virginia presented Sarah Renee Campbell with a law license in 2013 after she graduated from the University of West Virginia School of Law.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Sarah guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misrepresented [lied] to supervisor nature of sexual relationship with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest in representing client she was having sex with
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Sarah by gifting her with a complimentary 2-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Sarah practices at 723 Main Street in Summersville, West Virginia.
