Solicitor Michael Robinson of Queensland, Australia; ethical goblin 

The Law Society presented Michael Gerard Robinson with a law license in 2002.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• As trustee of trust funds and property, dealt with property in breach of terms of the trust and in breach of Section 8 of the Trust Accounts Act
• Commingled client trust funds with personal funds
• Applied client trust funds for his own personal use and benefit

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary $20,000 fine.
