The Law Society presented Patrick John Carroll with a law license in 1969.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Guilty of professional misconduct
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Patty!)
• Failed to reimburse another solicitor for services provided to him (deadbeat)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary $500 fine.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Patty practices Macrossan & Amiet in Queensland, Australia
