Solicitor Nicholas Radich of Queensland, Australia; ethical gnome

The Law Society presented Nicholas Charles Luke Radich with a law license in 1977.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Guilty of professional misconduct
  • Breached his duty at a solicitor
  • Made statement to ethics investigators that his firm did not act for DFB in relation to various property transfers was recklessly made and uncaring as to its accuracy
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary $15,000 fine.
