Attorney Edward Maldonado of Phoenix; disgusting pervert

The state of Arizona presented Edward Maldonado with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
• At the time he was married, Eddie drove an intoxicated law student to his law office, carried her into the building, and while she was unconscious, removed all of her clothes
• The law student woke up naked with a blanket over her and had no recollection of how or why her clothes had been removed
• Lied that he was merely helping the law student in removing her clothes so that he could wash them because she vomited on herself
• During a meeting of board members of a legal organization, Eddie made unwelcome sexually suggestive comments to an  attorney and tried to follow her into the women’s bathroom
• After attempting to follow female attorney into women’s bathroom, Eddie continued to direct sexually inappropriate comments to her

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license and ordered to pay investigative costs of $1,218.24.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Eddie practices with the Law Office of Edward Maldonado in Phoenix, Arizona.
