Judge Alexander Sinski of Great Britain; ethical dwarf

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Alex guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Alex failed to inform the court’s chairman and justice’s clerk that he was a prosecution witness in a case due to be heard in the same court.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice, both apologists for Attorney Misfits, punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary warning.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Alex continues to sit as a magistrate judge for the County Durham & Darlington Bench practices in Newton Aycliffe in Great Britain.
