Attorney Nelson Fraley II of University Place, WA; convicted felon

The state of Washington presented Nelson C. Fraley II with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Nellie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Pled guilty to Attempting to Structure a Currency Transaction, a felony
  • Entered into agreement with client and undercover detective to structure transfer of funds to avoid detection by the bank or government regarding transactions involving $10,000 or more

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Nellie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Nellie fails to disclose his misconduct on his self-serving website at www.alliancelg.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information so as to not limit his and his firm’s future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Nellie practices with the Alliance Law Group PS at 5316 Orchard Street West in University Place, Washington.
