The state of Washington presented David Edward Fennell with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from William & Marry University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly marked up costs in nonjudicial foreclosure actions
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Knowingly obtaining a prohibited pecuniary interest adverse to the client
• Failed to advise client to seek advice of independent counsel
• Failed to communicate basis of his fee and its determination to the client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Davey practices with Realty In Motion LLC at 13555 SE 36^th Street in Bellevue, Washington.
