Attorney Robert Getz of Everett, WA; ethical gremlin

The state of Washington presented Robert Norwood Getz with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided contact) with one of the parties of mandatory arbitration
• Abused his position as an arbitrator
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Bobby practices at 3102 Rockefeller Avenue in Everett, Washington.
