Attorney Scott Donovan of Manassas, VA; ethical goblin

The state of Virginia presented Scott Howard Donovan with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Presence of dishonest or selfish motive regarding misconduct
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Scotty practices with Scott H. Donovan PC at 9402 Grant Avenue in Manassas, Virginia.
