Attorney Dann Sheffield of Seattle; ethical elf

The state of Washington presented Dann Douglas Sheffield with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to maintain required trust account records
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
