Supreme Court Justice John Gerrard of Nebraska; facilitator for Judicial Misfits
John Gerrard was presented with a law license by the Nebraska Supreme Court in 1981 after graduating from McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific.
Justice Gerrard has been sitting on the Nebraska Surpeme Court since 1995.
When the misconduct case of Judge Richard Krepela of Madison came before the court, Justice Gerrard voted to punish Krepela by gifting him with a six month suspension. For a review of Judge Krepela’s egregious misconduct, go to the URL listed at the end of this article.

If Justice Gerrard wasn’t a die-in-the-wool apologist for Judicial Misfits in Nebraska, Judge Richard Krepela would be working as a greeter at Wal-Mart rather than sitting on the bench in Madison.
