Judge Christine Jones-Tucker of Camden, NJ; ethical goblin

The state of New Jersey presented Christine Jones-Tucker with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Christy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with integrity
  • Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in judiciary
  • Failed to act dignified and courteous in dealing with litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, and others who were unfortunate enough to have come in contact with her
  • Illegally engaged in ex parte (one-sided) communications
  • Failed to withdraw from a case when her bias was unquestioned

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Christy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Christy continues to sit as the Chief Judge of the Camden Municipal Court in Camden, New Jersey.
