Attorney Bryan Murphy of Phoenix; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Bryan F. Murphy with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of California Berkeley (CAL) School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Bryan guilty of the following misconduct.

In a display or utter arrogance, the comedians sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court decided to conceal the misconduct that Bryan was found guilty of engaging in. Apparently, they believed that Bryan had a constitutional right to earn a dishonest living by not limiting his future victim pool by not allowing prospective clients to discover his ethical lapses.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment and ordered to pay investigative costs of $1,220.00.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Bryan practices with Burch & Cracchiolo PA in Phoenix, Arizona.
