Attorney Eugene Clifford of Little Rock; slacker, loser

The state of Arkansas presented Eugene P. Clifford with a law license in 2022 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Gene guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Ordered to pay $500 restitution
• Failed to timely file motion in probate matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Gene by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Gene practices at 910 West 2^nd Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
