Attorney Michael Casale Jr. of Montoursville, PA; serial convict

The state of Pennsylvania presented Michael J. Casale Jr. with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Review Board  found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Illegally placed GPS device on ex-girlfriends vehicle
• Illegally placed audio recording device in his ex-girlfriends car
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Illegally entered ex-girlfriend’s garage to place GPS device and audio recorder in her car
• Criminally charged with burglary, second-degree felony
• Charged with criminal trespass, third-degree felony
• Charged with two counts of interception, disclosure and/or use of wire, electronic or oral communications, third-degree felonies
• Pled guilty to criminal trespass and one count of interception, disclosure or use of wire, electronic or oral communications
• Sentenced to 5-years of probation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective August 2018.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Jimmy will resume his practice at 1500 Sycamore Road in Montoursville, Pennsylvania in August 2019.
