Attorney Bret Keisling of Harrisburg, PA; moronic slacker
The state of Pennsylvania presented Bret Keisling with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.
The Disciplinary Review Board found Brett guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to provide competent representation (moron)

Failed to consult with client as to means to accomplish client objectives

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

Failed to keep client informed of status of matter

Failed to expedite client litigation

Failed to promptly comply with client information requests

Failed to explain matter to extent reasonable necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

Failed to advise client of amount of coverage re: malpractice insurance

Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client

Failed to keep separate funds contested by one or more clients

Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests upon termination

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Bret!)
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Brett by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective August 2018.
As we speak (ca. October 2018) Bret will resume his practice with The Keisling Law Offices PC at 17 South 2nd Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in August 2019.
