Attorney Keoni Agard of Kailua, HI; ethical goblin

The state of Hawaii presented Keoni K. Agard with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from the William S. Richardson School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Keoni guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Misappropriated client funds (cheater)
• Negotiated agreement with client for a refund in exchange for withdrawal of client’s ethics complaint submitted to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel
• Failed to deposit client funds into designated client trust account

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hawaii Supreme Court punished Cindy by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Keoni practices with Agard Law LLLC at 111 Hekili Street in Kailua, Hawaii.
