Attorney Peter Fullerton of Fort Collins, CO; slacker

The state of Florida presented Peter Van Dorn Fullerton with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to abide by client decisions
• Failed to exercise independent professional judgment

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license plus assessment of investigatory costs of $1,250.00.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Pete practices at 3640 Galileo Drive in Fort Collins, Colorado.
