Attorney Larry Rogers of Valparaiso, IN; cheating loser

The state of Indiana presented Larry Rogers with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Indiana School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to deposit upfront fee of $8,000 into client trust account
  • Failed to order transcript of client’s trial for appellate purposes
  • Failed to file mandated notice of appeal with the court
  • Failed to advise client he had not filed the appeal on his behalf
  • Failed to provide relevant records to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Larry!)
  • Failed to give copy of documents showing how he eared the $8,000 fee he took for represent client appeal matter or documents showing what if any amount he refunded the client (Up yours, said Larry!)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Larry by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Larry practices at 2801 Bertholet Blvd in Valparaiso, Indiana.
