Barrister Bohsoon Kang of New Zealand; ethical troll 

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Bohsoon Kang with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Auckland Law School. 

The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Bohsoon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory conduct
• Failed to perform monthly trust account reconciliations
• Failed to report trust account information to clients
• Numerous deficiencies in his trust accounting records and practices
• Failed to address unpresented checks

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal punished Bohsoon by gifting him with  $5,000 fine, plus $16,299 in disciplinary costs.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Bohsoon practices with KBS Lawyers at Unit 202 Westfield Tower, Westfield Pakuranga, Road & Ti Rakau Drive in Pakuranga, Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand.
