Attorney Brian Boney of Colorado Springs; slacker, loser

The state of Colorado provided Brian Russell Boney with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep required trust account records
• Engaged in negligent conduct leading to improper use of client funds
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to establish standards governing use of trust accounts
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him, with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Brian practices with Black Graham PC at 2 North Cascade Avenue in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
