Attorney Daniel English of Arvada, CO; ethical goblin

The state of Colorado provided Daniel Lee English with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to specify settlement amount received or computation of contingency fees
• Failed to respond to co-counsel’s repeated information requests
• Failed to keep separate funds in which two or more persons claim an interest until there was a resolution of said claims

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him, with a complimentary censure.
