The state of Washington presented Mark Evan Didrickson with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to reduce to writing facts re: loan from client
• Failed to advise client to seek independent advice re: client loan
• Over the course of several years Mark never paid any interest on client loan despite the fact that he advised her he would pay 6.5%
• Upon the client’s death, Mark never paid any interest on the loan that originated 8 years earlier to the client’s estate

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
