Judge Eddie Anderson of Reidsville, GA; ethical goblin

The Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly inserted himself into dealerships’ repossession of a car from a woman who had missed her payments
• Called car dealer and demanded it return to the car to the woman or reimburse her
• Eddie then advised the women to file a lawsuit against the dealer in his court
• Undermined impartiality of the judiciary

As we speak (September 2018), Eddie continues to sit as the Tattnall County Chief Magistrate Judge in Reidsville, Georgia.
