Donald Trump’s 70th post-election lie: U.S. Steel opening 7 new plants
To prevent anyone from outshining him as America’s Premier Liar, Donald “Trumporleone” Trump decided to spew forth a manufactured falsehood regarding his recent (ca. August 2018) rally in Pennsylvania.
In this instance, The Great Leader spewed forth the following falsehood to make his low I.Q. followers feel he was really concerned about their welfare.
"U.S. Steel is opening up seven plants."
The Great Leader followed up the lie in Pennsylvania by basically repeating it during a rally in Tampa, Florida.
"U.S. Steel just announced that they're building six new steel mills."
So, over a 2-day period of time, the new plants decreased from seven to six. However, the real truth is that U.S. Steel has not announced that it is going to building even one (1) new plant in the United States. In fact, spokeswoman Meghan Cox of U.S. Steel commented by saying:
“Any operation changes such as opening of new mills would be publicly announced and made available on our website if it occurred.”
This is further proof that The Great Leader is suffering from one or more mental diseases because no president past or future would even consider manufacturing a lie that could be easily proven to be patently false.
