Judge Robert Cicale of Central Islip, NY; disgusting pervert

The state of New York presented Robert Louis Cicale with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from St. John’s University School of Law.

In one matter, Bobby was arrested charged with engaging in the following criminal conduct.

• Repeatedly stole the underwear of a 23-year-old woman
• Previously stole panties from the home of the 23-year-old woman
• The panties Bobby was wearing at the time of his arrest were from those he head stolen from the 23-year-old woman’s home
• Arresting officers found several pairs of soiled women’s underwear on him, which the victim later identified as her own

Shortly after his arrest, Bobby was temporarily suspended from his judicial position.

Bobby faces up to 15-years in prison for his repeated burglaries involving the 23-year-old victim.

Lastly, Bobby would be well advised to refrain from wearing ladies undies while he's incarcertated at Sing Sing unless he wants to become a favorite of several friendly inmates rather than just one. 

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Bobby has not received any discipline from any attorney disciplinary agency. If and when they decided to discipline Bobby, he’ll likely receive a complimentary reprimand.
