Attorney Kristian Becket of Bellevue, WA; ethical goblin

The state of Idaho presented Kristian Scott Beckett with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of Law.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Kristian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Kristian by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license.
