Attorney Larry Branson of Frankfurt, Germany; convicted felon, serial offender

The state of New Jersey  presented Larry Bronson with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

Larry’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to memorialize basis or rate of his fee in writing
• Acted with lack of candor toward a tribunal
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in another state
• Failed to advise judge in New York court he wasn’t licensed to practice in the state

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him  with a complimentary reprimand.

Larry’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to safeguard client funs
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Larry!)
• Failed to comply with recordkeeping rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him  with a complimentary reprimand.

Larry’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Larry pled guilty on federal court to a one-count superseding information, charging him with structuring monetary transactions to avoid reporting

Requirements, which is referred to as “money laundering.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him  with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Larry practices in the Frankfurt, Germany.
