Attorney Daniel Stamm of Chicago; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Daniel O. Stamm with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from John Marshall School of Law

The Disciplinary Commission found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud deceit or misrepresentation
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Converted $25,844.20 belonging to client to his own use
• Failed to keep complete records of client trust account funds
• Failed to to prepare or maintain receipt and disbursement journals, or contemporaneous ledger records
• Failed to maintain an accounting showing the disbursement of funds relating to funds relating to client matters

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Danny by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.
