Judge Omar Aboulhosn of Bluefield, WV; idiotic slacker

The state of West Virginia presented Omar J. Aboulhosn with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from West Virginia University School of Law.

The West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly went to home of a litigant in divorce case he was presiding over to direct the seizure of assets following his entry of an Order of Seizure
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to perform judicial duties impartially and competently (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to impart public confidence in the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Investigation Committee punished Omar by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Omar continues to sit as a Judge of the 9^th Judicial Circuit in Bluefield, West Virginia.
