Attorney John Learned of Laramie, WY; dimwitted slicker

The state of Wyoming provided John James Learned with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Missed numerous deadlines set by Wyoming probate code
• Charged and accepted fees from the personal representative without prior approval of the court as required by statute
• Overcharging fees led to court ordering requiring Johnny to refund those fees to the estate
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca.April 2024), Johnny practices with The Learned Law Firm LLC at 217 Grand Avenue in Laramie, Wyoming.
