Attorney Jamuar Vijaya  of Toronto, CAN; pervert

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Jamuar Sharat Vijaya with a law license in 1997.

The Disciplinary Committee of the British Columbia Law Society found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged with possession of, and accessing, child pornography
• 31 images of child pornography found on his computer
• Images of children included a wide range of nudity, with pre-pubescent girls engaged in sexual activity with grown men
• The images displayed children engaged in sex acts with each other and photos of their dominant sexual characteristics
• The youngest age of a subject depicted in the material is approximately 5 years old – there is a file name referring to a child aged 5
• The majority of the subjects depicted looked to be approximately 8-12 years old

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Jamuar by gifting him a complimentary restriction on his practice by stating that he shall not to be in the presence of a person under the age of 18 years, unless also in the presence of another person over the age of 21 years, who has no criminal record.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jamuar the Pervert.
